How to Track Your Order
To track your order, please use the tracking number sent to your email after shipment.
Tracking information may take 2 to 5 business days to update after your order has been shipped. This is normal while the carrier scans and updates the package in the system.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Tracking Not Updating
If your tracking information has not updated yet, please allow a few business days for the carrier to scan your package.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help you review the delivery status.
